  1. USB Webcam Not Recognized – Code 43

    Hello

I’m having problems with my webcam’s USB port on all my PCs

The USB webcam works great with my laptop and all my USB devices plugged into the USB ports of my PC which is literally running Windows 10.

When I turn on the webcam on my PC, it is not recognized and does not work at all. Get the following description in the component manager:

Windows has stopped this device because it was reporting problems. Code 43

The USB device returned an invalid USB configuration descriptor.

I recently rebooted my PC to a clean install of Windows 10 and all the latest updates.

I also tried removing all USB technologies and then rebooting, but the webcam still wasn’t detected.

    We would appreciate any help.

    Thank you

    🙂
